Pricing and Product Information
Prices that are shown on the website and in your shopping list are for merchandise only. When completing an online order, please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order including taxes and fees.
Blue Barn Furnishing strives for accuracy in pricing and other information on this website, however please be aware errors can occur. If an error occurs, Blue Barn Furnishings reserves the right not to honour the offer made on this website. Including in store or with an order on the website. If a order placed online is not accepted, it will be cancelled and any payments that have been authorized will be refunded.
Items displayed online may not be exactly as shown in store. Pieces may have different fabric choices and may be shown differently in our showroom than pictured on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the product prior to purchasing online. Pricing is subject to change.
A preauthorization equal to the total amount of the order will be applied to the credit card. A preauthorized hold may appear as a charge. This bank hold is temporary, and the charge to your account will only officially go through when the order is confirmed.
Pay Offline Order Payments
All orders require a minimum of 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Anticipated delivery dates are given in good faith, based on experiences with each vendor, however are subject to a delays. Therefore delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and delays may occur. We will do out best to inform you about any delays given by our suppliers.
Delivery and Pick-Ups
Blue Barn Furnishings offers *delivery* to your home and pick-ups at our warehouse or store.
Blue Barn Furnishings offers any furniture with concealed damage reported within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up that it will be repaired for free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, then you will be offered a replacement at exact charge. If this does not apply, a reselection will be offered if a replacement is not available. Please note, furniture such as leather or wood, imperfections can be expected and are technically not a defect.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please review the following delivery policies.
Blue Barn Furnishings will attempt to contact you by phone to set up a time and date for your delivery. Deliveries begin at 9:30 AM and continue until all scheduled deliveries are complete for the day. Due to the amount of deliveries, it is impossible to give exact time calls. If you have authorized a cell number, you will receive a text message at 8 AM with a two hour window for the delivery time.
Cancellation Before Delivery
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee by contacting the store. This does not apply to custom orders.
Returns After Delivery
All sales are final. If you find concealed damage you have 3 days to report it. Just call the store. If a refund has been authorized, the following apply. Credit Card payments will be refunded on the same credit card. Allow for 7 business days. Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same account but the Debit Card holder along with the card must be present. If neither applies then it will be refunded by cheque. Allow for 7 business days. All cash payments will be refunded by cheque, also allow for 7 business days.
For orders placed online, you must bring your printed email confirmation, picture I.D and the credit card used to place your order to pick-up your furniture. Merchandise that is picked-up may be in cartons and require assembly. Due to the nature of furniture shipped in cartons, we are unable to unpack cartons or assemble products for you. Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will be able to correctly transfer your furniture. Blue Barn Furnishings is not responsible for loading and tie-down of merchandise or the safe transportation of furniture to your home. Any damage that occurs during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on the merchandise. For concealed damage on merchandise that was picked up, call the store within 3 days of purchase. When possible, we will repair or replace the damaged item. If the item was picked up, the item must be returned by you.
Dimensions are available for all merchandise from your salesperson. The customer is responsible to ensure the proper space is available to allow for a successful delivery. Custom products returned due to not being able to fit into the home will be subject to a 40% restocking charge.
We recommend the purchase of Excelsior Allstain experience for protection. It has a 5-year warranty, in order to guard your purchase against any spills or stains.
